I called on A TAC after we were overrun with a Rat problem. They came out quickly, sealed home entry points, set short term traps and long term bait traps. Had Tommy come out to do an inspection for rodents in my attic, within 5 minutes he knew exactly how the rodents were getting into the house and sealed the areas and stopped them. Set some traps and had everything caught in less than a week. Offered ... a cleaning and sanitizing of the attic for an extra charge and it was a fair price so I went with it.
